They took my cash but didn’t ship the item. After that, I got a letter stating I won’t receive the product or any refund, and I should file a claim with my credit card company.

I placed an order for a Loop Loc Brass Anchor on September 29th, and as of November 9th, I still haven't received anything, nor have I heard a peep from them. I've sent emails but got no reply. Tried calling the number listed on their site, but it says the number ain't in service and just hangs up on you. The only other option to reach out is through the chat box, but guess what? No one’s there to respond. What a complete waste! I really wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase. I ended up finding what I needed on Amazon and got a better deal, so seriously, think twice about this site! If you're after something they offer, look elsewhere!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I made an order on October 23, 2022, and my credit card was charged by Top Pool Supply, but as of November 7, I still haven’t gotten my stuff. There’s no way to reach them by phone or email, and their website is totally unresponsive. Feels like a scam to me. I’ve reported it to my credit card company to dispute and get my money back...

Many others have shared similar experiences, and I find myself in the same boat - I feel cheated. I placed an order that was never fulfilled. To cut a long story short, I received just one email after the initial confirmation of my order - it was merely a note saying my order was being processed, and then silence after my payment was taken, no further updates, no products, nothing. I even lodged a complaint with the BBB to alert others...

Watch out! This definitely has the vibes of a scam.

This place is a total scam. They hit my credit card three times for $2,688 each, racking up over $7,500 on September 8th, and didn’t send a thing. They don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails. Instead, I got a generic response saying they were cut off by their suppliers and promised to refund the money we paid, but we never got what we ordered. It seems like they’ve got VISA and Mastercard fooled too, 'cause every dispute we filed has been shot down. These guys are real con artists and they deserve to be behind bars.

This is a scam. They ain't listed on the BBB like they say in their claim: "Leaders in Pool Supply Over 1 million customers. BBB A+ rated since 2004." On top of that, they never sent our order and shot us an email saying their merchant services didn’t pay them, so they can’t give us a refund. Seriously... I’ve got the emails. It’s a massive scam. They’re still peddling stuff even after telling us they can’t get goods from suppliers because they lost $500,000.

I ordered something more than a month back, and it still hasn’t shown up. No replies, no tracking info, nothing. This shop feels like a total scam, totally fake, not a legit seller. Made in China :( You won’t ever see your stuff!

This is just awful. I can't believe I skipped reading the reviews beforehand. I purchased a garden hose adapter for my pool pump, and here I am, 5 weeks later, still waiting for it. Their online 'ticket' system was useless, and after several attempts, I finally managed to get someone on the phone. They said they’d ship it out next week, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath.

Total Rip-Off!!! This site needs to be shut down. They claim to be a BBB business, but that's just not true. Even the BBB has pointed out that they’re misleading folks about their accreditation. I went through the same thing; ordered a pump and after 6 days, still no sign of shipping. I called them up, and a woman on the line told me they didn’t have it in stock and it would take a month to get it. I asked her why they were selling something they didn’t even have, and she said they must’ve sold out. Honestly, I find it hard to believe they sell many pumps at $1,300.00. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card just to get my money back. No reply from them when I asked for a refund.

I ordered a new pump motor on 9/16, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I called on 9/22 to check on the shipping status, and the woman I spoke with told me they can’t send the item. So, I asked to cancel my order and get my money back. Still no refund, and the order status is still showing as unfilled on their site. They don’t reply to my chats or emails. Now when I call, it just goes straight to voicemail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I made a purchase from this site and after a week, I decided to call and check on my order. They put me on hold for 15 minutes! Eventually, someone picked up and promised to have the shipping team reach out to me. They never did. I called again and was on hold for another 10 minutes! When I requested a refund, they claimed it was processed and that I should see it in 5-7 business days. Well, it’s been over two weeks and still nothing. I used my Amazon account to pay, and when I asked for a refund through them, they said they couldn’t contact the seller. Super sketchy! Seriously, steer clear of this place!

This is just awful! Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if they’re even a real business! I spent $500 on items for my new pool, and guess what? They never showed up. I’ve called them about 7 or 8 times and left a couple of voicemails, but no one has gotten back to me. I also shot off 3 emails, and those went unanswered too. Finally, I managed to speak to a woman who promised to 'escalate' my order and get back to me that same day, but it’s been over a week now, and I’m still in the dark. They took the money from my card right away, which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. I guess I’ll have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute that charge.

ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION! My items were never shipped, and I had to file a dispute with the BBB! I just found out that Florida is looking into them for fraud. Seriously, don’t share your info with these folks and steer clear of ordering anything from them—they're total scammers.

It's been over two months since I ordered. Ten days after, I received an email stating the item was out of stock. After waiting two months for a refund, I still haven't seen it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Honestly, I'm done with this business.

I placed my order on August 13. After waiting 10 days, I called to inquire about it and was informed that it was out of stock. I requested a refund. Another 10 days passed without any sign of the refund, so I called again. The representative told me that the refund hadn’t been initiated. She assured me she would take care of it, but here we are a month later, and I still haven’t seen the refund. Now, I can’t get any responses to my emails or phone calls. They don’t even reply to chat messages. This company is just terrible. Seriously, don’t waste your money here.
